Mirjam is an excellent team member: creative, punctual, a good strategic sparring partner, hard-working, open & direct, and aiming for a high-quality result. She was the right person in the right place and one of my most important sparrings partners during our transformation from project communication towards ‘community engagement’ of our wind energy projects. This implies a different way of communicating than the ‘old fashioned’ project communication style. Mirjam can make a difference!

Together with Mirjam, I was responsible for the environmental management of Eneco Luchterduinen offshore wind farm. Working together with Mirjam provides certainty that the environment will be adequately involved in a project. Mirjam pays sincere attention to everything that concerns people around a project, thinks in solutions, and knows how to connect. She’s reliable, structured, hands-on, and always cheerful. And she ensures results, so we had no appeals against the decisions concerning the cable on land, and the implementation went smoothly.

Mirjam has provided her services for more than two years to the development and installation of the 129 MW offshore wind farm project in Dutch North Sea waters. During our time together in the team, I got to know Mirjam as a very dedicated and persistent team member. Mirjam understands the offshore installation industry and can positively engage the community and other stakeholders.
