I knew Specsavers Opticians because of my work at the advertising agency Pluspoint. With the creative team (copywriter and art director), I (being an account manager) worked on Specsavers’s retail formula as a new concept to the Dutch market. We developed a retail concept and opened the first three stores. As this was a success, we gradually opened more stores in the same concept. When I became an independent communication advisor, Specsavers hired me to develop a campaign to attract new store managers.
